Force the Companies to Use Their Past Revenue to Fix Themselves

Why can these companies not used their years and years of saved revenue to bail themselves out. I think that the “actual” loss suffered by these companies is grossly over stated. They have the funds and intelligence to repair themselves, the investors may hurt for awhile, but what investor is not hurting at this time? So use your past revenue to repair things.
