Update 9:52 p.m. (CNN) –Boston Marathon bombings suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev is at Boston’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, hospital spokeswoman Kelly Lawman said.

9:16 p.m. (CNN) — President Barack Obama said at the conclusion of the Boston Marathon bombing manhunt on Friday night that “we’ve closed an important chapter in this tragedy.”

 8:01 p.m. (CNN) — Boston police tweeted Friday night, “CAPTURED!!! The hunt is over. The search is done. The terror is over. And justice has won. Suspect in custody.”

7:58 p.m. (CNN) — Law enforcement officials erupted in cheers in Watertown, Masssachusetts, on Friday night — moments before Boston police tweeted that the lone remaining suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings was in custody.
