Though not formally announced, word on the street is that Hillary Clinton is going announce that she running for president in the 2016 election. This is a welcomed announcement, because Democrats have had to put up with seeing Republican, after Republican make their own announcements.
I am excited to hear Hillary Clinton’s positions, and plans for what she would do if elected. The debates should be quite interesting, I am predicting it will come down to Hillary Clinton vs. Jeb Bush. I currently don’t see anyone else worthy of my attention who has announced they are running.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) (financial sector fighter) (@SenWarren), hasn’t announced yet, and it is unclear if she will. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) (born in Canada) (@TedCruz), and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) (son of former congressman Ron Paul, Libertarian views) (@RandPaul) have announced publicly, however, I don’t see their campaigns getting to the next level, though I could be wrong, will have to wait, and watch.
Hillary Clinton (D-NY), served as the U.S. Secretary of State under the Obama administration, educated at Yale Law School, she also served as the first female Senator elected in New York. Hillary Clinton is married to former president Bill Clinton. The Clinton’s have one daughter Chelsea and her husband Marc recently welcomed their first child a girl they named Charlotte.
Jeb Bush (R-FL), served as Governor of Florida 1999-2007, educated at the University of Texas, and is the son and brother of former U.S. presidents George Bush Sr., and George Bush Jr., Jeb Bush has come out and said that he is his own man, and the policies of his brother are not necessarily his own.
Good luck to all candidates!
